2025 – Flapping-Wing Airplane (Takethopter)

Date: August 6, 2025 (Approx. 2 hours)
Description: Participants will build and test a rubber-powered flapping-wing airplane using bamboo sticks and 3D-printed parts, based on the Recipe(in Japanese) of Flapping-Wing Airplane called Takethopter by flappingwing, FabLabKitakagaya, morikoh
Participants: 4th to 6th grade elementary school students living in the town and their parents
Capacity: Approx. 10 groups
Place: Sayo Cultural Information Center

Date: August 7, 2024 (Approx. 2 hours)
Description: Create a 3D model using Tinkercad and observe the 3D printing process. (If printing cannot be completed within the workshop time, the finished product will be available for later pickup.)
